1. General provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions set out the rules for subscribing to the available functionalities in the Biohealer Connect mobile application.

1.2. Terms used in the regulations have the following meanings:

• „App” means the Biohealer Connect mobile application.
• „Subscription”means the purchase by the user of access to additional functionalities of the application for a specific period of time.
• „Administrator” means the owner and operator of the Biohealer Connect application, i.e. Media Friends Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-326) Aleje Jerozolimskie 155/U3, NIP: 5291821424 REGON: 380148900 entered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Economic Division of the National Court Register under KRS no.: 0000730783, NIP: 5291821424, share capital: PLN 10,000.00.

2. Scope of subscription

2.1. The app offers different types of subscriptions, which may include, additional features, services, content or other benefits for the user.

2.2. Scope of individual subscriptions and their prices:

• „Generator 30 days” – is an automatically renewable, monthly subscription giving access to the Generator functionality, after which the user’s Apple/Google Play account will be charged once a month at a rate of PLN 14.99. The subscription can be cancelled at the latest 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. The account will be debited with the amount of 14.99PLN within 24 hours from the start of the new billing period. After each billing period, the user receives a payment confirmation and order details by e-mail. Deactivation of auto-renewal mode and cancellation of the subscription can be done by accessing the user settings view in your Apple/Google Play account.
• „Generator 365 days” – is an automatically renewable, annual subscription giving access to the Generator functionality, after which the user’s Apple/Google Play account will be charged once a year at a rate of PLN 149.99. The subscription can be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. The account will be debited with the amount of 149.99PLN within 24 hours from the start of the new billing period. After each billing period, the user receives a payment confirmation and order details by e-mail. Deactivation of auto-renewal mode and cancellation of the subscription can be done by accessing the user settings view in your Apple/Google Play account.
• „All functionality 30 days” – is an automatically renewable, monthly subscription giving access to all functionalities, after which the user’s Apple/Google Play account will be charged once a month at a rate of PLN 24.99. The subscription can be cancelled at the latest 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. The account will be debited with the amount of 24.99PLN within 24 hours from the start of the new billing period. After each billing period, the user receives a payment confirmation and order details by e-mail. Deactivation of auto-renewal mode and cancellation of the subscription can be done by accessing the user settings view in your Apple/Google Play account.
• „All functionality 365 days” – is an automatically renewable, annual subscription giving access to all functionalities, after which the user’s Apple/Google Play account will be charged once a year at a rate of PLN 249.99. The subscription can be cancelled at the latest 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. The account will be debited with the amount of 249.99PLN within 24 hours from the start of the new billing period. After each billing period, the user receives a payment confirmation and order details by e-mail. Deactivating auto-renewal mode and cancelling the subscription can be done by accessing the user settings view in your Apple/Google Play account.
• „Four-channel mode 30 days” – is an auto-renewable, monthly subscription giving access to four-channel mode, after which the user’s Apple/Google Play account will be charged once a month at a rate of PLN 14.99. The subscription can be cancelled at the latest 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. The account will be debited with the amount of 14.99PLN within 24 hours from the start of the new billing period. After each billing period, the user receives a payment confirmation and order details by e-mail. Deactivation of auto-renewal mode and cancellation of the subscription can be done by accessing the user settings view in your Apple/Google Play account.
• „Four-channel mode 365 days” – is an automatically renewable, annual subscription giving access to four-channel mode, after which the user’s Apple/Google Play account will be charged once a year at a rate of PLN 149.99. The subscription can be cancelled at the latest 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. The account will be debited with the amount of 149.99PLN within 24 hours from the start of the new billing period. After each billing period, the user receives a payment confirmation and order details by e-mail. Deactivation of auto-renewal mode and cancellation of the subscription can be done by accessing the user settings view in your Apple/Google Play account.

3. Subscription process

3.1. The user may purchase a subscription via the App Store or Google Play Store platform, in accordance with the terms and conditions of those platforms.

3.2. The process of purchasing a subscription is described in the app, and the user is asked to confirm the subscription choice and accept the terms and conditions.

4. Period and automatic renewals

4.1. A subscription is purchased for a specific period of time, according to the subscription plan chosen.

4.2. Your subscription may be renewed automatically for a further period, unless you disable this option in your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store platform.

5. Payment

5.1. The subscription price and payment method are specified in the app and visible during the purchase process.

5.2. Subscription payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play Store platform and any questions regarding payments should be directed to these platforms.

6. Conditions for cancellation of subscription

6.1. The user may cancel the subscription at any time before the end of the current subscription period.

6.2. Cancelling your subscription will prevent you from accessing the additional features and benefits of your subscription after the end of the current subscription period.

7. Amendments to the Rules of Procedure

7.1. The administrator reserves the right to amend these regulations at any time.

7.2. Changes to the regulations will be published in the application and will take effect from the date of publication.
