3 What data do we collect and for what purpose?
The scope and purpose of data collection depends on the services you use within the Administrator’s websites:
3.1. making purchases on the website.
When you place an order for products offered by the Administrator on our website, we collect data such as your name, surname, e-mail address, home address, telephone number and wallet address. If you require an invoice, we additionally ask you to provide your Tax Identification Number (NIP) and billing information, such as your company name and address.
Providing data marked as mandatory is necessary to complete the order. Lack of these data will result in the inability to accept the order. Provision of other data is voluntary.
Personal data is processed:
- in order to carry out an order or an ordered service (including consideration of possible complaints) – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing to perform the contract;
- in order to carry out statutory obligations incumbent on the administrator, resulting in particular from tax and accounting regulations, consisting, among other things, in the necessity to issue a bill or VAT invoice for the sale of goods and its archiving – the legal basis for processing is legal obligation;
- for the purpose of possible establishment, investigation or defense against claims – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of protecting our rights;
- for archival and statistical purposes – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of conducting analyses of Users’ activity on the site, in order to improve the functionalities used and improve our offer.
3.2. newsletter subscription
If you have provided us with your e-mail address for the purpose of receiving our newsletter, we provide you with commercial information regarding our products or services. Providing this data is voluntary, but necessary to receive the newsletter.
Personal data is processed:
- in the case of directing marketing content to you within the newsletter – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest in connection with the consent you have given;
- for analytical and statistical purposes – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of conducting analyses of user activity on the site, in order to improve the functionalities used and improve our offer;
- for possible establishment, investigation or defense against claims – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest, consisting in protecting our rights.

When contacting us by email, you provide us with your email address as the sender of the email. If necessary, we may ask for additional data necessary to handle the matter you are writing about. The legal basis for this action is our legitimate interest in resolving the reported issue related to the service or an order placed through it.
3.4. personal data of persons who are members of communities created by the Administrator
If you are a member of one of the communities created by the Administrator and you use the services provided by the Administrator in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective community, we process your data in order to:
- to perform the contract (including consideration of possible complaints) – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing to perform the contract;
- for the purpose of possible establishment, investigation or defense against claims – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of protecting our rights.
3.5 Data of users of social media profiles and people who comment on content on services
Our profiles on services: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIN, Discord, YouTube, Disqus, Google are public. When you visit our profile, you provide us with your personal information (e.g., account name, comments, likes, web IDs and IP address of the device you use).
If you comment on content on our services, you share your user name and email address with us.
This data is processed in order to:
- enabling us to effectively maintain our profile or blog in connection with our promotion of various events, services, products, and to communicate with users. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is our legitimate interest in promoting our business, improving the quality of our services, as well as ongoing communication with users of profiles, fanpage or blog.
3.6. product security
If you have provided us with your email address, we provide you with information regarding the security of our products.
This data is processed in order to:
- Monitor product safety.
- Inform users about product risks (if applicable).
- Perform corrective actions such as product recalls.
NOTE: the above information does not apply to the processing of your personal data by the administrators of individual services.
4 How long do we process personal data?
The period of data processing depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of processing. As a rule, data are processed:
- for the duration of the service;
- Until the withdrawal of the consent given;
- Until an effective objection is made;
- until an effective request for deletion of data.
The period of data processing may be extended if the processing is necessary to establish, investigate or defend against possible claims, and after this period, only if and to the extent required by law.

6 To whom are personal data shared?
Personal data on the basis of relevant contracts are transferred to entities that process data on behalf of the Administrator. Such entities process the data only in accordance with our instructions, with confidentiality and security. We have the right to control the processing of the data entrusted to us.

7 Transfer of data outside the EEA
The Administrator transfers personal data outside the EEA through the use of such subcontractors as ActiveCampaign LLC, Etison LLC dba, Help Scout PBC, Stripe, LLC, Hello Bar LLC, Zapier, Inc, Flow Enterprise LTD, Leadpages (US), Inc. We make due efforts to ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data, after careful consideration of the data security offered by the subcontractors, and the transfer of data is based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
8 Social media
The Services use plug-ins and other social media tools provided by social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIN, Discord, YouTube, Disqus, Google.
In connection with the use of sites that contain such a plug-in, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of the social network administrators (service providers). The content of the plug-in is transmitted by the respective service provider directly to your browser and integrated into the site. Thanks to this integration, the service providers receive information that your browser has displayed a given site, even if you do not have a profile with the given service provider or are not currently logged in with it. Such information (along with your IP address) is sent by your browser directly to the service provider’s server (some servers are located in the USA) and stored there.
If you have logged into one of the social networks, this service provider will be able to directly associate your visit to the service with your profile on the given social network. If you use a particular plug-in, such as the “Like” button, then the corresponding information will also be sent directly to the server of the respective service provider and stored there. In addition, this information will be published on the respective social network and will appear to the people added as your contacts.
The purpose and scope of data collection and their further processing and use by service providers, as well as the possibility of contacting you and your rights in this regard and the possibility to make settings to ensure the protection of your privacy are described in the privacy policies of the respective service providers.
